There are a couple of ways you can do this, depending on how familiar you are with Photoshop.
Open up the archives you've recieved the burshes in (until you're left with a pile of *.abr files), and then copy those files into Photoshop/Presets/Brushes.
Restart Photoshop and your brushes should show up.
The other way you can do this is from within Photoshop itself, via the small triangle at the top right hand side of the brushes window. Click on this and you'll then be able to surf to where you've got the abr files lying and add them that way.
