What's the best way to clean a hair brush?

I know it's kind of disgusting, but I need to clean my hair brush. What's the best way to get all that hair off?

(Sad, but this is a serious question). What's the best way to clean a hair brush?
Use a comb to remove the hair, and your shampoo to clean the oils out.

Your hair will stay cleaner if you do this once a month. What's the best way to clean a hair brush?
typically, I take a pair of scissors to the hair tangled in my comb. after i've cut the hair in a few places, I use a stick of some sort to pull the hair out. then i put the plug in the sink and put in BOILING hot water (CAUTION*****) and I leave the comb in the boiling water, until the water cools down. then I pick out the stray hairs, and it's ready to go. Some people don't remember to rinse it out so that danderuff comes out of the comb! good luck!
Sally's beauty Supply (on line even) Carry's a product that stylist use to sanitize and clean the hair from the brush. It just eats the hair right out of the brush. Anyone there can help you find it. You fill a large plastic bucket up with warm water put all brushes rollers combs anything with hair in it that you wish to clean and sanitize in the bucket for about 2-4 hours rinse and viola done. Hairstylist way. Have a good one.
get a comb, comb the brush and wash the brush
Take hand. Grab hair. Pull hair out of brush. Continue until there is no more hair in the brush.
Well ,what you do is get a strong comb, on each side, slide the comb underneath like a shovel , pull up , repeat for each side , the front ,sides, and back

,the hair will then be as if it were lifted toward the top of th e bristles, then you get a towel paper and grab all of it at the same time and wallla!
use a comb to remove the hair buy ';combing'; the brush. then soak it in the sink for a couple of hours in warm water.
You can use a comb or another brush to get the hair out, then wash it and let it dry overnight. It's amazing the amount of hair that gets tangled up in these things, huh! When you brush your hair with your newly cleaned hairbrush... it's gonna feel so much better. Enjoy!!!!
Take out the chunks of hair from your brush first, then put it in Hot water for 5 minutes and if you want put a lilted of some aromatic oil in the hot water for a sweat smell. Then clean it up with a paper towel and then your good to go! ^_~
Just grab and pull, that's what I do
