Looks like it has dandruff in it possibly? How do you wash a hair brush?
Put shampoo in it and run it under warm water. How do you wash a hair brush?
Bristle hair brush can go in the microwave for (600W) about 1 minute.

This will sterile it for you.

If the case is severe you my want to repeat the process AFTER the brush cools down, probably 5 minutes.

If your brush is very dear to you, you might want to reduce the time and increase the frequency in the microwave.

I hope it helps!

Best wishes!

Comb the hairs out with a regular comb.

Soak the brush in a sink of water with shampoo in it.

Rinse the brush and comb it out again. Shake it dry.
put it in a sink of hot soapy water and leave it to soak, then take it out, run it under hot water and the dandruff or whatever should go... or just buy a new brush!
a comb -- and a what the person above me said -- GET A NEW BRUSH -- dandruff in ur brush? ehh..EW! gross get a new brush! u'll ruin ur hair!
Put it in the dishwasher.

It's the easiest way and it works.
i just rinse it with water and brush out the other hairs with a comb
