I put WAY too much on, and was wondering if a hairbrush that was wet will brush serum out...Will takeing a wet hair brush and combing top part of hair get serum out?

yeah it will probablyh just make it more greasy. wash it.
As i said on the other answer... a comb (preferably a wide tooth one) should get it out... I'm sure a brush will work too...

Just get it a little damp, then comb it through with a brush :)
a wet brush may help, but the most effective way would probably be to wash your hair again, even if you just did wash it; your hair will be back to normal in no time
